At the Prince County Hos­pi­tal Summerside on Fri­day July 17, 2015, af­ter 20 months of pan­cre­atic can­cer of Wal­ter “Claude” Hogg of Summerside aged 83 years. Born in Summerside, May 17, 1932 son of the late Wal­ter and Ethel (Green) Hogg. Sur­vived by his wife of 60 years Beryl J. (Wood­side) Hogg; daugh­ter Pamela (Ken) Hall, Stratford; grand­daugh­ters Rox­anne Hall (Stephen Wenn), Char­lot­te­town and Me­lanie Hall, Stratford; his pride and joy great-grand­son Luka Hall, Char­lot­te­town, who gave ‘Pas’ pri­vate fid­dle con­certs; great-grand­daugh­ters Sally and Tay­lor Wenn; broth­ers Lloyd (Eileen), Wil­lard and Hazen (Bri­die); and sis­ters-in-law Olive Cham­pion, Erma Hogg and Erma Hogg Huestis. Also sur­vived by sev­eral nieces and neph­ews. Pre­de­ceased by his broth­ers Denton, Ralph and Wen­dell Hogg, sis­ters-in-law Ernie and Carol Hogg and brother-in-law Everett Cham­pion. Rest­ing at the Dav­i­son Fu­neral Home Kens­ing­ton. No vis­i­ta­tion or Fu­neral by per­sonal re­quest. A pri­vate fam­ily me­mo­rial will be held at a later date. In­ter­ment in Peo­ple’s Ceme­tery Kens­ing­ton.
