Rest­ing at the Hen­nessey Cut­cliffe Char­lot­te­town Fu­neral Home. Proud grand­par­ents are Ewen Stewart and the late Mar­garet Stewart, and Don­ald (He­len – de­ceased) Call­beck and the late Joan Call­beck.

and daugh­ters of Paul and Beth Robin­son of Beaver Bank, NS, re­cently cel­e­brated grad­u­a­tions. On Novem­ber 15, 2014, Laura re­ceived a Mas­ters of So­cial Work from Carel­ton Univer­sity, Ot­tawa and on June 3, 2015, Su­san re­ceived a Bach­e­lor of Science in Nu­tri­tional Science, from McGill Univer­sity, Mon­treal. Proud grand­par­ents are Ewen Stewart and the late Mar­garet Stewart, and Mary(Lloyd) Gates and the late Don­ald G. Robin­son. We, the fam­ily of David Wil­liam Crew wish to ex­press our sin­cere thanks to ev­ery­one who sup­ported us dur­ing David’s brief ill­ness with can­cer and also af­ter his death. Thank you to those who came to visit David, brought food and of­fered sym­pa­thy and sup­port. Thank you for your cards, phone calls and all the mon­e­tary do­na­tions given in David’s mem­ory Spe­cial thanks must go to Dr. Le­cours, Dr. Baker, Blanche Ward, the Nurses and all the staff at the PEI Pal­lia­tive Care Unit, also to the Home Care Team and the won­der­ful doc­tors and nurses at the QEH On­col­ogy Depart­ment. Sin­cere thanks to Mark Buell for the kind­ness and com­pas­sion he showed to David and Shirley dur­ing David’s ill­ness and for of­fi­ci­at­ing at David’s fu­neral ser­vice and mak­ing it such a mem­o­rable oc­ca­sion. A very spe­cial thank you to Steven El­lis for singing the beau­ti­ful solo, Love Di­vine, that David had cho­sen per­son­ally, for his fu­neral. Many thanks to our PEI fam­ily who helped us in so may ways; to Steven, Matt and Mar­jorie es­pe­cially for all their vis­its to our home, the hos­pi­tal and Pal­lia­tive Care Unit; to Gary El­lis for his gen­er­ous ges­ture to one of our sons; to Irene for her con­tin­ued sup­port since David’s pass­ing and to all the lovely ladies who served re­fresh­ments fol­low­ing the fu­neral and helped in so many other ways. Thanks to all those friends and fam­ily who at­tended the vis­i­ta­tion and also David’s fu­neral. Grate­ful thanks to Bob & Shelia and Linda & Fred for the love and af­fec­tion they have con­tin­ued to show Shirley over this dif­fi­cult first year since David passed away.
