Sto­ry­telling, mu­sic com­ing to the stage of St. Peter’s United Church

Fundrais­ing event set for Fri­day, July 31

A va­ri­ety con­cert of sto­ry­telling and mu­sic will be held on Fri­day, July 31, 7 p.m., at St. Peter’s United Church in St. Peter’s.

This con­cert fea­tures Gary Evans and Dennis King, comedic sto­ry­tellers, who will have the au­di­ence mem­bers hold­ing their sides with laugh­ter.

In ad­di­tion, en­ter­tain­ment will be pro­vided by lo­cal mu­si­cians, in­clud­ing the Morell Fid­dlers, Frank Whitty, Allan Mac­Don­ald, Pat O’Con­nor and Fran­cis Mac­Don­ald.

This is a fundrais­ing event to sup­port both the up­keep of St. Peter’s United Church as well as the so­cial out­reach pro­grams within the com­mu­nity and be­yond.

Tick­ets will also be sold at the door.
