Ontario man charged after accident
A 69-year-old Ontario resident has been charged with turning when he wasn’t supposed to after a collision involving a car and a motorcycle. On July 24, Charlottetown police responded to the collision at one of the traffic circles on Riverside Drive in Charlottetown. Island EMS attended the scene and took the motorcycle rider to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. After investigating, the police charged the Ontario resident with a violation of the Highway Traffic Act.
