Man sen­tenced for breach­ing court or­ders

SLE­MON PARK - A 46-yearold O’Leary man re­cently pleaded guilty to breach­ing sev­eral court or­ders. David Arnold Boates was sen­tenced to 39 days in jail but re­ceived credit for time served, so his ac­tual to­tal was 29 days. He must also search 18 months pro­ba­tion and pay a to­tal of $400 vic­tim sur­charges. Boates pleaded guilty to three counts of fail­ing to com­ply with a court or­der and one count of breach­ing his pro­ba­tion. He was orig­i­nally charged on May 22 near Sle­mon Park. ( TC Media)
