Teen walk­ing along tracks in­jured by train in Toronto

TORONTO — Toronto po­lice say a teenager is in hos­pi­tal af­ter he was struck by a train early Fri­day morn­ing. They say the teen and two other peo­ple were walk­ing along the tracks in mid­town Toronto just be­fore 3 a.m. As the freight train rushed by the group, the teen when he was struck by some­thing off the side of the ve­hi­cle. He was taken to a trauma cen­tre and his in­juries are said to be non­life threat­en­ing. Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing.
