The funeral for Jennifer Luddington of Charlottetown was held on Monday, December 21, 2015 from Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home to St. Dunstan’s Basilica where the funeral mass was celebrated by Reverend Floyd Gallant who also delivered the homily. The first reading was proclaimed by close friend, Mary O’Brien, and the second reading was proclaimed by caseworker, Heidi Bernardi. The prayers of intercession were offered by Paul Vandergaag. The funeral mass was sung by St. Dunstan’s funeral choir under the direction of organist, Leo Marchildon. They rendered the opening hymn, As The Deer Longs, the offertory hymn, Shelter Me, O God, the communion hymn, Behold The Lamb, and the recessional hymn, On Eagle’s Wings. The pallbearers were Tremploy staff and clients. Honorary pallbearers were everyone in attendance. Among those attending the funeral liturgy were representatives of Tremploy, residents of Life Bridges, and Curves Ladies. The interment took place in the family plot at The Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
