Can Christians support abortion?

The Guardian (Charlottetown) - - EDITORIAL -

Abortion . . . an evil word. Why don’t they call it murder, as that is what it really is? Can anyone prove otherwise and get paid by the taxpayer to foot their bill?

God created male and female giving them the power to increase and multiply to produce new life. On this Island, if one commits murder, they are sentenced under the law. Where it reads they wouldn’t need abortions. On the other hand there is no shame . . . just to satisfy their desires.

What can one expect when the premier on P.E.I., the prime minister and his father introduced this in Ottawa. God forgive them.

The leaders of any society expect the people to look up to them. Can anyone really be a Christian and go along with murder?

I am old and in all my lifetime, this is, to me, the most evil performance I have witnessed.

Who wishes to prove my comments are wrong? Please do so. Brendan Flood, South Melville
