Peace­fully at the Queen El­iz­a­beth Hos­pi­tal on Satur­day, Jan­uary 23, 2016 , Bruce Wheeler of Char­lot­te­town age 81 years. Beloved hus­band of Nalda Wheeler (Web­ster). Dear father of his daugh­ters, Terri Bon­nev ie (Blair), Judy Brown (Danny), Cather­ine , Sharon Kyle (Bill), Kim­berly An­nett (Ira), An­drea (Lawrence Ong), and Chris­tine (Peter Fuller), son Wayne (Yvonne), New Brunswick; step­daugh­ter, Ch­eryl Des­jardins (Bert); step­son, Wayne Hamm ( Judy); sis­ter Mar­ion Noble of New­found­land; half-sis­ter Mar­i­lyn MacGil­livray (Robert), New Brunswick; sis­ter-in-law Lena Web­ster (Ray); brother-in-law Don Web­ster (Barb); step­sis­ters Sadie Nor­more and Vi­ola Lu­cas; step­broth­ers Ver­non and Keith Wool­ridge of On­tario. Also sadly missed by grand­chil­dren and great-grand­chil­dren and a great­great-grand­child. Pre­de­ceased by his daugh­ter Carolyn, grand­daugh­ter Cas­san­dra. Bruce will be re­mem­bered for his com­mit­ment to Ju­nior and Se­nior hockey, win­ning the Se­nior Al­lan Cup in 1990-91. A mem­ber of Com­mu­nity Bap­tist Church where he served on var­i­ous com­mit­tees for more than twenty years. Rest­ing at the Hen­nessey Cut­cliffe Char­lot­te­town Fu­neral Home. By re­quest there will be no vis­it­ing hours. A pri­vate ser­vice will be held at Com­mu­nity Bap­tist Church. In­ter­ment later in Flo­ral Hills Me­mo­rial Gar­dens.
