Customer pays for plastic bags

The Guardian (Charlottetown) - - EDITORIAL - John Read, Clyde River

I am amazed that so many people are opposed to paying for plastic bags at the check out. Just who do these people think are paying for them now, other than the costumer. The only thing now, the costumer who takes their own bags are paying for those people who can't be bothered or don't care.

So I stand behind any store that charges for them, as it wouldn't be coming out of my pocket when a store has to recover their cost through their selling prices.
