Scotchfort man pleads guilty to damaging police vehicle
A 31-year-old man pleaded guilty to damaging a police vehicle following his arrest.
Andrew Fitzgerald Levi was arrested on May 12 in Scotchfort for public intoxication.
P.E.I. provincial court heard Wednesday that
“very irate’’ and proceeded to kick a door Levi became from inside a police vehicle.
The RCMP is seeking $820 in restitution for the damage Levi caused to the vehicle.
Levi, who has a prior criminal record including possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and mischief causing damage to public property, appeared in court wearing a muscle shirt that read Born To Be Wild.
He will be sentenced July 19.
