Man drives straight into four-month sentence
Many times when Christopher Thane MacLeod got behind the wheel, he was breaking the law. MacLeod, 45, has a lengthy criminal record including a few impaired driving-related convictions and several convictions for driving while disqualified or suspended.
On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to once again operating a motor vehicle while prohibited on Nov. 24.
Chief Provincial Court Judge Nancy Orr sentenced MacLeod to four months in jail for the offence and prohibited him from driving for two years.
