Col­li­cutt pleads guilty to im­paired driv­ing, theft

SUM­MER­SIDE – Adam Don­ald Col­li­cutt, 37, of Welling­ton has pleaded guilty to one count of im­paired driv­ing and two counts of theft of items val­ued at less than $5,000 from Wal­mart.

The in­ci­dents hap­pened on Feb. 18 and 17 in Sum­mer­side. Col­li­cutt was sen­tenced to 10 days in jail, which he re­ceived per­mis­sion to serve in­ter­mit­tently. He is also pro­hib­ited from driv­ing for 12 months and must re­main on pro­ba­tion un­til his jail sen­tence is served. He must also pay a $1,000 fine and $400 in vic­tim sur­charges.
