The death oc­curred peace­fully at the Prince County Hos­pi­tal, Sum­mer­side, P.E.I. on Sun­day, July 9th, 2017 of Aure­lie “He­len” Cantelo (nee Had­dad) of Sum­mer­side, aged 78 years.

He­len was born in Hull,

Que­bec to the late Jean and

Lila Had­dad.

Beloved wife of Lloyd Cantelo and lov­ing mother of Don­ald (Ch­eryl). Also lov­ingly re­mem­bered by her 2 grand­chil­dren Shea and Devin. Sur­vived by her sis­ter Bernie De­sormeaux, spe­cial nephew Gerry De­sormeaux and sev­eral nieces and neph­ews. Rest­ing at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Sum­mer­side un­til Thurs­day, July 13th, then to Trin­ity United Church, Sum­mer­side for a funeral ser­vice at 10:30 a.m. In­ter­ment to take place in the Dun­das Com­mu­nity Ceme­tery, Dun­das at a later date. Memo­rial do­na­tions in He­len’s mem­ory to the Chil­dren’s Wish Foun­da­tion or P.E.I. Alzheimer’s So­ci­ety would be greatly ap­pre­ci­ated.
