Canada Day 150 well organized

The Guardian (Charlottetown) - - EDITORIAL -

Events marking Canada Day 150 in Charlottetown were well organized and memorable.

Touring the tall ships brought back memories of Expo 67 when many countries showcased their cultures. Inviting pirates to mingle with the crowd complemented the scene.

From the ringing of the newlyrestored bells of St. Dunstan’s in the morning to the sounds of fireworks in the evening and everything in between, the day had much to offer.

No doubt many worked long and hard to assure that everyone had a safe and enjoyable time.

We appreciate it.
