Roy­al­ty­westho recorded the fastest mile Wed­nes­day in five At­lantic Sires Stakes races for two-year-old pac­ing fil­lies.

Wal­ter Chev­erie drove Roy­al­ty­westho to a maiden record of 1:58.3 in one of three $9,460 A di­vi­sions as Gover­nor’s Plate Week of har­ness rac­ing at Red Shores at Sum­mer­side Race­way con­tin­ued.

Trainer Joseph Bax­ter and Gre­gory Fran­cis of Wind­sor, N.S., own Roy­al­ty­westho.

Elm Grove Mis­tress (2:01 — a maiden record) and Res Sh­abla (2:00.1 — new race-win record) also won A events.

Mike McGuigan trains and drives R Es Sh­abla for owner Lloyd Par­sons of Car­manville, N.L.

Trainer Earl Smith was in the bike of Elm Grove Mis­tress for own­ers Arnold Ha­gen of Nova Sco­tia and Peter Smith, Larry Chappell and Ger­ald Mor­ri­son of P.E.I.

Zero Stress Nora (2:03.1 – a maiden record) and Sil­ver­hill Misty (2:04.2) won the two $2,500 B events for the twoyear-old fil­lies.

Ja­son Hughes han­dles the train­ing and driv­ing of Sil­ver­hill Misty for owner Kurt Hughes of Strat­ford, while Brian MacPhee drove the Dan Lewis-trained Zero Stress Nora for the Zero Stress Sta­bles of Black­etts Lake, N.S.

Keep Com­ing won The Freddy Mile in mem­ory of Fred Bridges in a time of 1:56.4, and Heart and Soul hit the wire first in the Al­li­son (Hook) Walsh Memo­rial Pace.

Po­lit­i­cal Cri­sis reg­is­tered the fastest mile of the 10-dash card while es­tab­lish­ing a new racewin record 1:56.2 in Race 3.

Chev­erie picked up a pair of driv­ing wins.
