Walter Cheverie drove Royaltywestho to a maiden record of 1:58.3 in one of three $9,460 A divisions as Governor’s Plate Week of harness racing at Red Shores at Summerside Raceway continued.
Trainer Joseph Baxter and Gregory Francis of Windsor, N.S., own Royaltywestho.
Elm Grove Mistress (2:01 — a maiden record) and Res Shabla (2:00.1 — new race-win record) also won A events.
Mike McGuigan trains and drives R Es Shabla for owner Lloyd Parsons of Carmanville, N.L.
Trainer Earl Smith was in the bike of Elm Grove Mistress for owners Arnold Hagen of Nova Scotia and Peter Smith, Larry Chappell and Gerald Morrison of P.E.I.
Zero Stress Nora (2:03.1 – a maiden record) and Silverhill Misty (2:04.2) won the two $2,500 B events for the twoyear-old fillies.

Political Crisis registered the fastest mile of the 10-dash card while establishing a new racewin record 1:56.2 in Race 3.
