The Supreme Court of Canada should have dis­missed the law­suit by Omar Khadr. Khadr should have sued the United Na­tions not Canada over his de­ten­tion and treat­ment.

Afghanistan was a United Na­tions NATO-led mis­sion.

Justin Trudeau should have used Sec­tion 33 the Not­with­stand­ing Clause and frozen the Supreme Court of Canada de­ci­sion re­gard­ing Omar Khadr ev­ery five years for the rest of Khadr’s life. John W.A. Cur­tis, Sum­mer­side
