Guilty plea to sev­eral charges

SUM­MER­SIDE – Gray­don James Hearn, 18, of no fixed ad­dress has pleaded guilty to sev­eral charges.

The charges against Hearn in­cluded two counts of as­sault, two counts of breach­ing his pro­ba­tion, breach­ing an un­der­tak­ing, break­ing and en­ter­ing, fail­ing to ap­pear in court and pos­ses­sion of ec­stasy.

The charges are all from late May to early July in Welling­ton, Tyne Val­ley and Sum­mer­side ar­eas.

Hearn was sen­tenced to 88 days in jail, will re­main on pro­ba­tion for two years and must pay sev­eral hun­dred dol­lars in fines and vic­tim sur­charges.
