Guilty plea to several charges
SUMMERSIDE – Graydon James Hearn, 18, of no fixed address has pleaded guilty to several charges.
The charges against Hearn included two counts of assault, two counts of breaching his probation, breaching an undertaking, breaking and entering, failing to appear in court and possession of ecstasy.
The charges are all from late May to early July in Wellington, Tyne Valley and Summerside areas.
Hearn was sentenced to 88 days in jail, will remain on probation for two years and must pay several hundred dollars in fines and victim surcharges.
