MI’KMAQ CELEBRATION

Celebrate culture and join the dance at the Mi’kmaq Confederacy’s 9th annual demonstration Pow Wow, being held Aug. 15-16 in Charlottetown. The events will begin at 1 p.m. on both days, starting with a grand entry and ending with a community feast at 5 p.m., also on both days. Traditional dancers and vendors will be on hand for the events.
