St. Peter’s Courthouse Theatre Presents the eighth annual Frank Ledwell Storytelli­ng Comedy Festival beginning tonight and running until Sunday.

The festival kicks off with David Weale and Maxine MacLennan. Saturday night features Eddy Quinn and Dale MacIsaac. Patrick Ledwell and Mark Haines with Jane Ledwell will be on stage for the final night on July 23.

Artist Susan Christense­n will be creating a new work based on the poetry of Frank Ledwell during the festival. The Frank Ledwell Literacy Legacy Show, with works by Susan Christense­n based on the poems of Frank Ledwell will be available for viewing during the festival, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., all three days.
