The fu­neral for Hal Dunsford was held on Wed­nes­day, July 19, 2017 from Belvedere Fu­neral Home Chapel where the ser­vice was con­ducted by Rev. Ned Hen­thorn. The or­gan­ist was He­len MacRae. Dur­ing the ser­vice Joe Rowledge sang On Ea­gles Wings and In the Gar­den. The con­gre­ga­tional hymn was Go Now In Peace. Words of Re­mem­brance were shared by John Dunsford. Scrip­ture pas­sages were read by Barb Lawlor and Heather Ste­wart. Honorary pall­bear­ers were ev­ery­one present. Pall­bear­ers were Les MacEach­ern, Alan Thomp­son, Har­vey Bernard, Alan Ford, Jamie Di­a­mond and Gerry Watts. Flower­bear­ers were Bobbi Lawlor-White and Heather Bru­inooge. In­ter­ment took place in Sher­wood Ceme­tery. Those at­tend­ing the fu­neral ser­vice in­cluded man­age­ment and staff of Canada Post. Fol­low­ing the in­ter­ment, ev­ery­one was in­vited to join the fam­ily for re­fresh­ments in the Belvedere Re­cep­tion Cen­tre.
