Con­don pleads guilty

SUMMERSIDE - Nathan Niall Con­don, 32, of Summerside, has pleaded guilty to op­er­at­ing a mo­tor ve­hi­cle while dis­qual­i­fied.

The charge against Con­don is from May 13 in Summerside.

He was sen­tenced to serve 30 days in jail, which he re­ceived per­mis­sion to serve in­ter­mit­tently, and must re­main on pro­ba­tion un­til his time is served. Con­don is also pro­hib­ited from driv­ing for 36 months and was or­dered pay a $100 vic­tim sur­charge.
