Peter Burke with Phase II and Friends

North Rustico Li­ons’ Hall host­ing weekly pub tonight

Well-known en­ter­tainer Peter Burke takes the stage tonight with Phase II and Friends for the weekly Pub Night at the North Rustico Li­ons’ Hall.

Burke, who per­forms fre­quently with more than one band, is a multi-tal­ented in­di­vid­ual with an im­pres­sive re­sume.

“Peter plays a num­ber of in­stru­ments and is a very good vo­cal­ist as well”, says a spokesper­son for Phase II. “We’re sure the au­di­ence will be im­pressed by his mu­si­cal abil­i­ties and the broad range of mu­sic which he presents.”

Burke will be joined by Blaine Mur­phy, Pat King, John McGarry and Ed Young.

The reg­u­lar vo­cal­ists for Phase II and Friends will also be on board, pro­vid­ing a lively mix of rock ’n’ roll, coun­try and East Coast tunes. Keila Gly­don, Jeanie Campbell and Gerry Hickey look for­ward to wel­com­ing Peter Burke to share their stage.

The Li­ons’ Hall is air-con­di­tioned and com­fort­able with bar and can­teen ser­vice pro­vided. Doors open at 7:15 p.m. with mu­sic start­ing at 8 p.m.
