City nights and electric lights

The Guardian (Charlottetown) - - EDITORIAL -

I guess there’s a good reason why the city of Charlottetown has decided, in the middle of the busiest tourist season, to do roadwork at both major entrances into the city — Queen’s Arms intersection (Capital Drive and North River Road) and University Avenue.

Maybe somebody could let me know what it is.

There’s a couple of new things the city might look into. I hear they actually have tried them in other places: night shifts and electric lights.
