Winsloe beats Summerside in under-15 girls soccer
The Winsloe Charlottetown Royals downed the Summerside United under-15 premier girls 6-5 on Sunday in Subway soccer action in Summerside.
The match went back in fourth as both teams exchanged goals as WCRFC score two early goals at the four-minute mark by Grace killorn and at the five-minute mark by Emma MacIntyre who scored four on the night. Summerside responded back scoring two by Hilarie Gaudet (16th minute) and Ashlyn Pridham (18th minute).
Before the first half finished, a total of three more goals exchanged hands where Lauren Misener (34th minute) Emma MacIntyre (36th minute) scored for WCRFC and Summerside answered off the foot of Gaudet, with her second of the night ending the half at a score of 5-3 for WCRFC.
In the second half, Summerside responded back scoring two goals, at the 46th minute by Elly Dobson and Ashlyn Pridham’s second of the night (51st minute) until Emma MacIntyre closed the contest, scoring at the 70th minute solidifying a 6-5 victory. Keeper Animika Subba earned the win. Kyrsten Coyle took the loss. results from March 1 to May 31. Brady, who won his record fifth Super Bowl in February, was joined at the top of the list by Dallas Cowboys teammates running back Ezekiel Elliott (No. 2) and quarterback Dak Prescott (No. 3). Two more Cowboys were also in the top 10 in wide receiver Dez Bryant (No. 6) and tight end Jason Witten (No. 10).
Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch, who returned to the league after a one-year absence, was at No. 4 and Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson rounded out the top five. The rest of the top 10 included Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (No. 7), Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (No. 8), and Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown (No. 9), who cracked the top 10 for the first time.
