Sto­ry­tellers head­line Aug. 4 con­cert

Gary Evans, Den­nis King to take stage in St. Peter’s, along with lo­cal en­ter­tain­ers

A va­ri­ety con­cert of sto­ry­telling and mu­sic will be held Fri­day, Aug. 4, 7 p.m., at St. Peter’s United Church in St. Peter’s.

This con­cert features Gary Evans and Den­nis King, comedic sto­ry­tellers who will have the au­di­ence hold­ing their sides with laugh­ter.

In ad­di­tion, en­ter­tain­ment will be pro­vided by lo­cal mu­si­cians, in­clud­ing the Morell Fid­dlers.

Light re­fresh­ments will be avail­able at in­ter­mis­sion.

This is a fundrais­ing event to sup­port both the up­keep of St. Peter’s United Church as well as so­cial out­reach pro­grams within the com­mu­nity and be­yond.

Tick­ets are $10 and can be re­served by call­ing Nona at 902961-3006 or Kath­leen at 902961-2865. Tick­ets will also be sold at the door.

All are wel­come to en­joy this fun-filled evening dur­ing the St. Peter’s Wild Blue­berry Fes­ti­val and Home­com­ing week­end.
