Case adjourned for financial planner facing charges
A financial planner who was charged with 26 counts of theft over $5,000 and 26 counts of fraud has had his case adjourned until Aug. 31. Defence lawyer Brendan Hubley appeared for David H. Cudmore in provincial court in Charlottetown on Thursday.
Cudmore was a financial planner with Morton Dew in Charlottetown along with Frank Harrison Dew. Dew was sentenced in June to 54 months in prison after pleading guilty to 26 counts of fraud over $5,000.
