DELAYS TODAY IN CAPITAL CITY

Capital Drive, between University Avenue and North River Road, will be reduced to one lane in each direction today, with possible stopand-go traffic control for the day. This closure is necessary for microsurfacing. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes. The sidewalks within the construction zone will remain open. Also today, Upper Queen Street from Doc Blanchard Crescent to Belvedere Avenue will be milled. This section of Queen Street will be reduced to one lane of stop-and-go traffic for the day.
