Murray Harbour ceilidh takes place Friday night
Everyone is invited to the Murray Harbour Community Centre for a night of entertainment on Friday, Sept. 1 at 7:30 p.m.
The Friends of the Murray Harbour Community Center, along with some wonderful musical guests, are ready to provide plenty of music and hospitality. The $5 admission fee also includes a light lunch.
Mel Gidding will be bringing his unique flavour of music to the stage, as well as Jo-Anne Ford who will perform with Michael Buell.
Len Buell, Edna MacMaster and Wayne MacLean will combine music and humour, meaning there will never be a a dull moment when they’re on stage.
Louis MacKay will sing some country songs and gospel hymns, followed by newcomer Kathy Vanasse, along with Marie Docherty who will perform with her granddaughter.
Leslie Stewart will entertain with a story or two and keep the beat with his drums, Kenny Chapman will play a tune or two on the fiddle and versatile entertainer Marie McIntyre will perform.
