The Spectators first Readers Choice awards were handed out in 1992 and back then readers had to fill out their ballot from a printed copy in the paper. Time has changed how the voting is done with the era of computers taking over. Crystal clean Ser vices uses the Dry Foam Shampoo cleaning method. Dry foam shampoo is not an oil based shampoo. It starts off as a powder and when a small amount of water is added to it, it then becomes a liquid. Heavy traffic areas and stains are given special attention and pretreated prior to scrubbing. The turbo-vac extractor is then used to finish the job by removing all the loosened soil and moisture. The average drying time is between 4 to 12 hours.
