Parents charged after baby left in car at Costco

-

Charges have been laid against Toronto-area parents after police say they left their baby in a locked car outside a Costco store. York Regional Police say they were called to the Markham store Tuesday and found the child in a car with the windows closed. They say officers rescued the baby. Const. Andy Pattenden says the baby was returned to the parents once they came out of the store. The Children’s Aid Society is now involved and the parents have been charged.
