Hamilton IT firm makes Kitchener acquisition
Hamilton’s NetAccess Systems Inc. has acquired Sunpark Consulting Group (also known as Network Partners), a Kitchener-based IT consulting company.
Sunpark, run by Richard Mash, provides computer backup, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions and consultation.
NetAccess has been providing Internet and communication services to businesses and organizations since 1993 and owns its infrastructure.
NetAccess employs 26 people; Mash is Sunpark’s sole employee and works with a number of consultants.
