Hamil­ton IT firm makes Kitch­ener ac­qui­si­tion

Hamil­ton’s NetAc­cess Sys­tems Inc. has ac­quired Sun­park Con­sult­ing Group (also known as Net­work Part­ners), a Kitch­ener-based IT con­sult­ing com­pany.

Sun­park, run by Richard Mash, pro­vides com­puter backup, busi­ness con­ti­nu­ity and dis­as­ter re­cov­ery so­lu­tions and con­sul­ta­tion.

NetAc­cess has been pro­vid­ing In­ter­net and com­mu­ni­ca­tion ser­vices to busi­nesses and or­ga­ni­za­tions since 1993 and owns its in­fra­struc­ture.

NetAc­cess em­ploys 26 peo­ple; Mash is Sun­park’s sole em­ployee and works with a num­ber of con­sul­tants.
