Sure, it was cold. But that didn’t stop the high-kick­ing pre­ci­sion fig­ure skat­ing team NEXXICE from rais­ing the tem­per­a­ture by show­ing their skills at the Win­ter­fest kick­off at Pier 8 on Satur­day. Win­ter­fest, which runs un­til Feb. 20, aims to prove Hamil­ton doesn’t hiber­nate in win­ter.
