Bob Rae’s situational ethics

The Hamilton Spectator - - COMMENT -

RE: This probably won’t end well (Feb. 10)

Bob Rae lives in a world of situational ethics and relative morality akin to pseudo-science. Physicians, on the other hand, are governed by medical science with the absolute tether that there is no eraser on the end of a scalpel. Bob Rae may simplistically apply social constructs such as unionism as a critique of the medical profession’s dispute with the OMA’s executive and the government, however, if he had to face the professional obligation of a physician 24/7, humility might revise his stance.
