Med­i­cal equip­ment worth $80,000 stolen

Hamil­ton po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing af­ter $80,000 worth of med­i­cal equip­ment was stolen from a parked ve­hi­cle.

The theft hap­pened some­time dur­ing the night of Feb. 2 in the area of Heatherdale Place and Dun­cairn Cres­cent, po­lice said.

The equip­ment in­cluded a yel­low X-ray de­vice that was mounted on a two-wheel cart, which is val­ued at $20,000.
