Dundas pair charged after drugs seized

Two people have been charged with drug-related offences after Hamilton police searched an apartment and vehicle in the area of Governors Road and Tally Ho.

Shortly before 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Hamilton officers conducted the search. Police started an investigat­ion after receiving informatio­n about suspected illegal drug traffickin­g.

Police seized numerous items, including marijuana and suspected psilocybin-laced edibles; more than 300 grams of processed marijuana and 60 pill capsules filled with cannabis resin. A man and a woman have been charged. Christophe­r Pike, 20, and Carly Fines, 22, both of Dundas, face several charges including production of cannabis resin and possession for the purpose of traffickin­g - cannabis resin.
