Abraham Lincoln once said, ‘You can fool all the people some time and some people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time’. It is obvious that Premier Kathleen Wynne not only thinks that she can fool all the people all the time, but, by applying her so called 8 per cent rebate on hydro bills, she also believes that all the people are complete idiots.

On my last bill of $250, the “rebate” amounted to a grand total of 78 cents. Zvonimir R. Dosen, Waterdown
