Po­lice search for man in black cloth­ing af­ter nar­cotics swiped from Moun­tain phar­macy

Hamil­ton po­lice are look­ing for a man who robbed a Moun­tain phar­macy Fri­day.

A man walked into LoPresti Phar­macy at 770 Con­ces­sion St. just af­ter 5 p.m. and made his way be­hind the counter, said Staff Sgt. Chris Hast­ings.

Once there, he de­manded drugs and made off with some nar­cotics, Hast­ings added. No weapons were seen and no one was in­jured. The man fled on foot and was last seen head­ing south on East 31st Street.

The sus­pect is de­scribed as a white man, about five-foot-seven or five-foot-eight, with a medium to heavy build. Po­lice say he was wear­ing a black base­ball cap, a black hos­pi­tal mask con­ceal­ing his mouth and nose, a black bomber­style jacket with a black T-shirt un­der­neath, dark jeans and white run­ning shoes.
