Power outage in Burlington

BURLINGTON — A tree that fell on power lines knocked out electricity for 4,658 downtown customers Friday.

By 5 p.m, the number of customers without power was down to 2, 391, a Burlington Hydro spokespersons said.

The tree fell on power lines at Seneca Avenue around 2:40 p.m.
