CAYUGA — A fire destroyed a home in south Cayuga Monday afternoon, causing $350,000 in damage.
Haldimand County fire, OPP and paramedics were called to the property on Rainham Road around 2:17 p.m. and found the house fully engulfed in flames.
First responders did not initially know if anyone was inside the house, but later confirmed the house was empty, OPP said. No one was injured.
