A Student’s Dream,

A Shared Writing Sonnet

The Hamilton Spectator - - OUR PULSE - MRS. STUART’S GRADE 6/7 LANGUAGE CLASS, GORDON PRICE

I can’t wait until the last day of school. The sun is a volcano of bright fun. It is delightful to play in the pool. We will be so happy when school is done.

During vacation I go to the zoo. In the summer I like to go on hikes. Fishing is something I would like to do. I like to eat Mike and Ike when I bike.

But sometimes in the two months I get bored; All my friends are away on vacations. There are lots of bugs; it is like a horde. We will suffer lots of lacerations.

I probably will sleep in very late. Overall, the summer will be just great!
