The Hamilton Spectator - - LOCAL - THE HAMILTON SPECTATOR

Homicide and forensic detectives were investigating a sudden death in a house at Victoria Avenue North and King William Street Wednesday afternoon.

A half dozen police cruisers reported to the scene initially, and uniformed officers questioned a few neighbours, including the superintendent of a building about footage on a security camera.

After a coroner had left the scene, a homicide detective told The Spectator an autopsy would be conducted Thursday, which is the protocol for sudden deaths.

Police would not reveal the name or age of the person who died.
