Man charged in Hamilton convenience store robbery
Police have charged a 32-year-old man in connection with a convenience store robbery.
Hamilton police say a man entered a convenience store located in the area of Wellington Street North and Robert Street on Sept. 7 brandishing what appeared to be a firearm and obtained money from the store employee.
On Oct. 4 Hamilton police uniform patrol officers arrested a suspect. Ryan Phillips is charged with robbery, using an imitation firearm during the commission of an offence, and four counts of breaching probation.
