A Brampton man is charged with impaired driving after a crash on Highway 401 East northeast of Woodstock that seriously injured one person. An eastbound tractor trailer slowed abruptly and was rear-ended by another transport just west of Oxford Road 29 in BlandfordBlenheim Township about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oxford OPP said.
