Cull the park squirrels
A recent visit to Victoria Park introduced me to hundreds of tree rats (squirrels) which kept approaching me for food. Would people be so quick to feed them if they were living in their attic?
The city needs to cull these rodents by about 50 per cent, as the park is too small for this population. Rats in large populations spread disease.
Maybe we could adopt them out to the people who feed them. Or enforce no-feeding bylaws.
