I totally agree with Brian Burton regarding those costly and useless traffic lights.
Maybe the traffic planning department should take a look how most places in Europe have dealt with traffic flow by installing roundabouts.
No stopping, less accidents. Less cost, and better traffic flow.
In Scotland alone, the accident rate went down 50 per cent by installing roundabouts.
