Al­berta Gov­ern­ment reaches ten­ta­tive agree­ments over power pur­chase agree­ments

The Gov­ern­ment of Al­berta and Trans-Canada Pipe­lines Cor­po­ra­tion (TCPL) ar­rived at a ten­ta­tive agree­ment to­day (Nov. 24) set­tling a dis­pute over power pur­chase agree­ments (PPAs).

More in­for­ma­tion will be re­leased once this set­tle­ment is com­pleted.

Both par­ties wel­comed to­day’s ten­ta­tive agree­ment.

The Gov­ern­ment of Al­berta and TCPL are strate­gic part­ners work­ing to­gether on some of Al­berta’s most im­por­tant eco­nomic in­fra­struc­ture.

The Gov­ern­ment of Al­berta has also reached a ten­ta­tive agree­ment with Al­taGas

The Gov­ern­ment of Al­berta and Al­taGas Ltd. have ar­rived at a ten­ta­tive agree­ment to­day (Nov. 24), set­tling a dis­pute over PPAs.

More in­for­ma­tion will be re­leased once this set­tle­ment is com­pleted.

Both par­ties wel­comed the ten­ta­tive agree­ment.
