DI­A­BETES EX­ER­CISE PRO­GRAM: From Soup to Toma­toes Ex­er­cise Group is held at the Elks Hall in Es­panola on Mon­days, Wed­nes­days and Fri­days from 9 a.m. un­til 10 a.m., with a cer­ti­fied per­sonal trainer on hand.
