Deep Fried FISH

El­e­gant Cook­ing By : Been­ish B. B., Islamabad, Pak­istan In­gre­di­ents: 1 Kg Fish Fil­lets 1/2 Cup Plain white flour 1 Cup Corn­flour 3 Egg Whites (raw) 1/4 cup Ap­ple cider vine­gar 1 Tea­spoon Bak­ing Pow­der 1/2 Tea­spoon Mus­tard Pow­der 1/2 Tea­spoon French Mus­tard paste 11/2 Tea­spoon salt 2 Tea­spoon white pep­per pow­der 11/2 Cup Oil For Deep Fry­ing Prepra­tion: Beat the egg whites in a shal­low bowl. Add ap­ple cider vine­gar mus­tard pow­der,mus­tard paste,salt and pep­per. Mar­i­nate the fish fil­lets in it for 1 hour. In an­other bowl com­bine the plain white flour ,corn flour and bak­ing pow­der. Roll the mar­i­nated fish fil­lets in flour mix­ture. Re­frig­er­ate them for 15 min­utes be­fore fry­ing. Heat the oil in large fry­ing pan. Lay the fil­lets into the skil­let and deep fry till golden in color. Put them on pa­per tow­els. Serve hot with tar­tar sauce.
