Teresa Carol Langille

Teresa Carol Langille of Westville passed away peace­fully at home on Oct. 8, 2017 with her fam­ily by her side.

Born in Westville on Dec. 6, 1941 She was the daugh­ter of the late Lena (White) and Thomas Bryan. She leaves be­hind her chil­dren Bobby (Brenda) Mac­Don­ald, Pic­tou; Dwayne Mac­Don­ald, Toronto; step­daugh­ter Shawna (Jamie) Richard­son Hal­i­fax; Anne (Nel­son) Langille, Stewiacke; Tammy (Phil) Gar­lock; Michael “Gig” (Shan­non), Alma; Jen­nifer (Billy), Stel­lar­ton; Gordie (April), Westville; sis­ter Rose (Stan) Guthro; brother Aubrey (Kay) Bryan; brother-in-law Sunny Is­sacs, all of New Glas­gow, sis­ter-in­law Bar­bara Nolan, Pic­tou; Florence Bryan, B.C.; 19 grand­chil­dren, five great-grand­chil­dren, many nieces and neph­ews. She is pre­de­ceased by her Hus­band Lester Langille, Broth­ers Ed­ward and Clarence Bryan and Sis­ter Jean Is­sacs and Step­daugh­ter Su­san.

Carol was a mem­ber of the Westville Le­gion for many years. She loved go­ing to Bingo and for long drives. She also en­joyed a good game of crib. The high­light of her life were her chil­dren and grand­chil­dren. Her door was al­ways open. You never knew who was go­ing to be at the sup­per table.

Cre­ma­tion has taken place. There is no vis­i­ta­tion by re­quest.

Fu­neral will be held Oct. 14, 2017 at 11 a.m., Holy Name Church in Westville with Fa­ther Peter Mac­Don­ald pre­sid­ing. Burial will be at Glad­stone Ceme­tery 4 Mile Brook where at that time she and her Hus­band Les will both will be laid to rest with the help of Fa­ther Mac­Don­ald and Ge­orge Spald­ing. Re­cep­tion to fol­low at the Holy Name Church.
